o UACE certificate with at least 2 principal passes in the required subjects at the same sitting.

International applicants
Applicants must have qualifications that are recognized for University entry in their respective countries for an equivalent Bachelor of Science degree program.

The program produces professionals who are able to deal with local and global construction project management issues, both academically and practically. The programme is aimed at equipping graduates with knowledge and skills that will enable them work as construction project managers, independent consultants and researchers as employees of national or international organizations and members of multi- and interdisciplinary teams.
